It’s virtually impossible for an agent to equally represent both sides of a transaction. Think about this; a seller and an agent will sometimes have worked together on multiple deals for many months or years, and oftentimes end up friends. Would you want this same Realtor that is working for the seller negotiating on your behalf? Of course not. Hire your own Realtor to get the representation that you should.
