Lending Expert: Shelly Logemann
When asked what she does for a living, Shelly Logemann will tell you that she’s not in the mortgage business but in the relationship business. Since switching careers out of Corporate America and into the mortgage industry in 2000, Shelly’s personal approach with her clients and business associates has made her one of the most trusted names in the mortgage industry. From her very first year as a mortgage professional, Shelly’s ability to listen to her clients and understand their needs drove successful results and jump-started her career as a top performing loan agent. Shelly’s undeniable persistence and knowledge of the mortgage market coupled with her honest approach and concern for long term relationships is what separates her from her peers.
Borrowers, real estate professionals and other partners benefit directly from Shelly’s attention to detail and inquisitive personality. No loan moves across Shelly’s desk and into processing without having first been scrutinized by Shelly, which means there are no surprises in the transactions and loans close smoothly and in a timely fashion. Shelly’s reputation as a top producing loan agent year after year affords her the opportunity to work with the best real estate professionals in California to meet the demanding needs of clients throughout Southern California and into the mountain towns of Mammoth and Big Bear.
From 2000-2019, Shelly has funded more than 6200 loans totaling in excess of $2.45 billion. She has been named to Origination News’ (formerly Mortgage Originator) top loan officer list every year and has been in the Top 100 for the last 10 years. In addition, she ranked #29 in Mortgage Executive’s top 200 Originators for 2016 and #75 in Top Dollar Volume Originators category in the Scotsman Guide in 2015. In 2011, Mortgage Executive honored Shelly as Originator of the Year. Previously, Shelly was vice president of Commercial Sales at Gateway Computer. Earlier in her career, she served on the executive management teams of Ingram Micro, Computer Associates, General Electric and CompuServe.
When she is not working, Shelly spends time with her triplets and her husband, a firefighter who provides immense support for Shelly and her business.
