We were not familiar with the area or the market value in the area, Gillian guided us in a gentle manner. We set a budget within our means and Gillian respected that and showed us places that were within our range. It was evident that she had our best interest in mind. She also provided us with any additional information we requested as quickly as possible. We just purchased a condo in Mammoth and remain grateful for her guidance and expertise.
